We normalize eating a 5000 calorie meal at Cheesecake factory.....finish every last bite. Daily 500-calorie Starbucks drinks. Sit on the couch, watch tv, eat pizza and donuts. Nobody ever is outraged by that. It's celebrated. Don't believe me? Go to Walmart and see for yourself.
